Assessments
A psychological assessment involves a psychologist evaluating an individual's emotional, mental, and behavioral well-being through interviews, observations, and standardized tests. These tests provide insights into the person's personality, cognitive abilities, and approach to their environment and relationships. Various types of assessments are available, such as those focusing on emotions, cognitive and neurocognitive functions.

In my practice, I work from an integrative perspective which allows for comprehensive therapy tailored to your unique needs. I however, have an interest in systemic theory, I explore how patterns of interaction within your relationships and family dynamics influence individual well-being. This approach helps to uncover underlying dynamics and facilitates positive change within the context of your relationships. Concurrently, I adopt person-centred or integrative principles, valuing your autonomy, experiences, and goals as vital aspects of our therapeutic journey.
